Orders are subject to acceptance and payment confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Charles King Paris LLC does not store customers’ payment card details.

Order confirmation is provided through the checkout and payment process.

All prices displayed on charleskingparis.com are in US dollars (USD).

The price confirmed at checkout is the price applicable to the order.

Shipping is included in the displayed product price.

Delivery times may vary according to destination, carrier operations and customs processing.

Where applicable, import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned garments must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in their original condition
• returned with all original tags attached

We recommend retaining the original packaging until you have inspected your order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from an error attributable to Charles King Paris LLC or an item received defective.

Charles King does not process direct product exchanges.

To change a product or size, return the original item in accordance with the Returns conditions. Once the applicable refund has been processed, a new order may be placed.

Charles King makes reasonable efforts to present product photographs, descriptions, colours, materials, sizes and prices accurately.

Screen settings and photographic conditions may cause minor differences in the appearance of colours.

Garment measurements are available under SIZING & CARE.

The Charles King name, logos, designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, texts and other content presented on charleskingparis.com are protected intellectual property.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published or used commercially without prior written authorization from Charles King Paris LLC or the applicable rights holder.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Charles King Paris LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs procedures or events affecting transportation and delivery.
